The Daisy Daydream Quilt is an original quilt pattern design by Taylor Krz of Toad & Sew.
This pattern was born out of a desire to revisit two of my favorite designs, the Grove Quilt and the Open Road Quilt. I wanted to bring a fresh perspective to both, weaving in a retro feel that reflects how much my style has grown since those early patterns were created in my first year of designing. This pattern feels like a culmination of my essense: retro, funky, a little feminine, and full of personality. With a wide variety of color combinations to choose from, it has an eclectic flair that I feel is missing in the quilting world, one that channels feminine energy, boldness, and a nod to the peace-loving spirit of the 70s.
This pattern is rated Intermediate and assumes the quilter has basic quilting knowledge and can maintain a consistent ¼" seam allowance.
This pattern is traditionally pieced with no use of FPP or templates.
