Shipping policy

Shipping Times

Orders are processed in the order they are received. We aim to process orders within 48 hours. Order processing time will be 5-7 business days during high-volume events like sales. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground or Priority Mail. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your shipping label has been printed. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada and select other countries. We do not currently ship to the EU. The buyer is responsible for any duties or fees associated with receiving their package.

Bulky Packages

Items such as batting, rulers, or extremely large orders may be shipped via UPS Ground, which typically takes 3-5 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary and are dependent on the destination and the weight of the order, as well as the chosen shipping method.

We charge you what we pay to ship your package, plus $0.50 to help cover the cost of packaging and labeling.

Orders over $150 (pre-tax) shipping to the contiguous 48 states qualify for free shipping.

Modifying Orders

If you would like to add something or make changes to your order, please email hello@wyldwoodcreative.com or call/text the shop at 425-291-7452. If your order has not been packed yet, we may be able to add or modify items and will email you an invoice for any difference in total.

Return Shipping

Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
