Welcome to Wyldwood Creative (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, purchasing products, or signing up for our classes, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes will be posted on this page.

2. Purchasing Products

2.1 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We strive to ensure accurate stock levels but do not guarantee that all items will be in stock at the time of purchase. If an item ordered is not available we will email you with options to exchange or refund the item.

2.2 Pricing
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Quilting cottons are priced by the 1/4 yd and garment fabric and notions are priced by the 1/2 yd

2.3 Payment
We accept all major credit cards and paypal. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. 

2.4 Order Processing and Shipping

• Orders are processed within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.

2.5 Returns and Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused and unopened, uncut and unwashed items.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Classes

3.1 Class Registration

• Classes are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Full payment is required to secure your spot.

• Classes are offered on a sliding scale pricing plan. There are no proof of income requirements.

3.2 Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 72 hours before the class start date are eligible for a full refund.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 72 hours of the class.

• If we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3.3 Liability Waiver
By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that sewing involves the use of sharp tools and machinery, and you assume all risks. We are not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the class. by registering for a class you agree to listen to the instructor and follow all safety guidelines as instructed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is the property of Wyldwood Creative LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

5. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to our data collection practices.
