Cancellation policy
Purchases
- Purchases can be made online via the website or in person at our shop in Renton.
- We do not offer pre-orders or item holds - all in-stock items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
- In-store pickup is available for online orders. You'll be notified when your order is ready to pick up.
Classes
- All class registrations require payment in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the class start time to be eligible for a refund (see our Refund Policy for details).
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class start time, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or credit.
- To cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@wyldwoodcreative.com or call the store at 425-291-7452.
Monthly Membership
- Our monthly membership subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time by logging into your account or by contacting us at hello@wyldwoodcreative.com.
- Cancellation takes effect immediately - your membership perks end at the time of cancellation, and you will not be charged again going forward. No partial refunds are given for the remainder of the billing cycle.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for your membership perks to be removed from your account, as cancellations are processed manually by our team.
