Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused and unopened to be eligible for return. Fabric must be uncut and unwashed. Packaged items must be in their original packaging. Kits must be in their original state with all labels and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Restash fabrics, sale items, and mystery products are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.

Class registrations must be cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled class time to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class start time and no-shows, will forfeit the registration fee.

Refunds: Any class cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive either a full refund in the form of a gift card or a full refund minus a $5 card processing fee to the card used for registration. This fee accounts for the costs associated with the transaction. If we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund with no processing fee or the option to reschedule.
