Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept returns within two weeks of the purchase date. Fabric must be uncut, and unwashed to be eligible for return. Packaged items must be in their original packaging. Kits must be in their original state with all labels and packaging.

Restash fabrics, sale items, and mystery products are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. 

Class registrations must be cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled class time to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class start time and no shows will forfeit the registration fee. 

Refunds: Any class cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive either a full refund on a gift card, or a full refund minus a $5 card processing fee to the card used for registration. This fee accounts for the costs associated with the transaction.
