Beginner Sewing Level 1 - Eye Pillow and Rice Pack

Description: Create the ultimate items for relaxation! Perfect for gifting or enjoying yourself. Each student will make 1 rice heat pack and 1 flax seed eye pillow.
Duration: 1.5 - 2 hours
Students Bring: You do not need to bring anything for this class! We will supply the sewing machines and all the tools and materials.
Materials Included: Each student will select fabric for their eye pillow from our quilting cottons or essex linens. We will supply the flax seed and rice for filling your packs.
You'll Leave With: A flax seed eye pillow and rice heat pack made in the same fabric.
Skill Level: Beginner Level 1
Skill Details: This is a great beginner class! You do not need any sewing experience for this class. We will cover cutting using a rotary cutter and ruler, basic sewing techniques like pinning, following a seam allowance, and creating secure stitches.
