Beginner Sewing - Eye Pillow and Rice Pack
Description: Create the ultimate items for relaxation! Perfect for gifting or enjoying yourself. Each student will make 1 rice heat pack and 1 flax seed eye pillow.
Duration: 1.5 - 2 hours
Students Bring: You do not need to bring anything for this class! We will supply the sewing machines and all the tools and materials.
Materials Included: Each student will select fabric for their eye pillow from our quilting cottons. We will supply the flax seed and rice for filling your packs.
You'll Leave With: The materials and knowledge to create both items. Time willing, you will finish both in class.
Skill Level: Beginner Level 1
Skill Details: This is a great beginner class! You do not need any sewing experience for this class. We will cover cutting using a rotary cutter and ruler, basic sewing techniques like pinning, following a seam allowance, and creating secure stitches.
