Create with Jesmonite® Eco-Resin: Custom Magnetic Pin Holder Workshop
Event Overview:
Get ready to create, experiment, and play with color in this fun, hands-on workshop! You’ll make your own magnetic pin holder tray using Jesmonite® AC100, an eco-friendly, water-based resin loved by makers around the world. This stylish and functional tray is perfect for holding sewing pins, jewelry, or other small treasures.
In this class, you’ll get to explore 13 vibrant liquid pigment colors and learn multiple techniques, including terrazzo, marbling, and gold flake accents. Design a piece that’s uniquely yours! Whether you want bold pops of color, soft swirls, or a modern minimalist look, you control the creative process from start to finish.
Led by the Auburn, WA based FTC Creative Team and the official U.S. hub for Jesmonite®, you’ll be guided step by step through mixing, coloring, pouring, embedding a magnet, and finishing your project.
This workshop is beginner-friendly — no experience required! You’ll leave with a completed custom magnetic pin holder and the skills and confidence to keep creating at home.
