A Little Strawberry Backstory
Kim first introduced her now-iconic strawberries on quilting cotton and canvas in the 2017 Yours Truly collection, and you guys, it was love at first sight. Over the years, those tiny berries have popped up on everything from zipper pulls to ironing-board covers (and yes, even socks!), earning a devoted fan club of quilters who chase every colorway she releases. This summer, Kim’s trademark design returns in a full lineup of 20 cotton-quilting prints, plus soft cotton-lawn (we're so excited about this one!), cotton-linen canvas, and a gorgeous wideback edition - each in fresh scales and season-inspired colors. Mockup Magic Under the Strawberry Moon
When Tawnee was putting together our Wyldwood Maker Crew newsletter to celebrate the strawberry moon on June 11, 2025, she dove into mockups for each kit - but the very first quilt mockup she made was the Moonbeam kit in these strawberry prints. Even just seeing that first digital quilt mockup, I knew the rest of the kits she put together would be so so good. I haven’t sewn with the real fabric yet, but that sneak peek has me daydreaming about stowing some strawberries away for a rainy day. Should I actually get the quilt kit for myself??
