ReStash Appointment
Restash your fabrics with Wyldwood Creative!
Do you have garment fabric you swore you'd use and now it’s just staring at you from the shelf? Let it go with our Restash program! We'll buy your fabric for cash or store credit and re sell it.
How It Works
We're currently focused on finding quality garment fabrics. We love natural fiber materials like cotton, linen, tencel, and hemp. We'll consider blends or polys if they have a unique or interesting print. Our vibe is witchy, moody, PNW. We love a good basic and all things vintage!
If you think you have some fabrics that fit the vibe, please send an email to tawneek@wyldwoodcreative.com with a list of the fabrics you're hoping to Restash. Please include as much info as possible. Yardage, width, content, product links, and photos are all extremely helpful in determining the value of your goods. If you're not sure just send us your best guess!
We'll evaluate your fabrics and decide if they might be a good fit for us. We'll make a best guess offer based on the information provided. If it all sounds good we'll make an appointment for drop off or we can send out a bag for shipping.
*seller will need to pay for the cost of shipping the fabric to us.
In Person Appointment
We’ll further review and research your fabric. We'll do our best to determine an average retail price for the material. We sell Restash items at a 10%-20% discount from retail.
We'll make an offer for what we want to buy. We offer:
- 60% of our retail sale price in store credit (added to your account)
- 40% of our retail sale price in cash (check mailed in 5-10 business days)
- If we don’t buy something, you can take it back or donate it to the Craft Exchange Corner.
Appointments should last about 30-45min depending on quantity of fabric we need to evaluate. You can shop around or grab a coffee and come back!
Shipping
We'll communicate via email to settle on a final offer and determine which fabrics we'll purchase. Once the final decision has been made we will mail you a poly mailer with a prepaid label to send us your fabric. Fabric can be sent via UPS or USPS. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your payout. Shipping rates vary based on weight and location. You can expect shipping to be anywhere from $10-$30. We can calculate an estimate for you before final decisions.
Once fabrics have been received to the store we will apply the store credit to your account or issue a check via mail.
